LEED Certified Building Performance Analyst

A company is looking for a Building Performance Analyst III to join their multi-disciplinary sustainability team. Key Responsibilities Perform building performance analysis and create graphical representations of results for project teams Manage documentation for LEED energy credits and energy code compliance reports Research performance modeling methodologies to enhance high-performance design solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field A minimum of 6 years of related experience LEED, CPHC/D, BEMP certification or similar is strongly desired Experience with EnergyPlus/OpenStudio is required Familiarity with ASHRAE Standards and energy-related codes
