Key Responsibilities Provide senior clinical judgement in complex or higher risk cases Mentor and coach pharmacist prescribers, nurses, and GP colleagues Lead and contribute to audits and quality improvement activities Required Qualifications and Experience MBBS (or equivalent) with full GMC registration and licence to practise Fully qualified GP with 3+ years post CCT experience Strong experience in obesity management and type 2 diabetes Experience supporting or mentoring multidisciplinary clinical teams Digital health or remote care experience highly desirable
