Graduate Internships At Cotality Internships are a key way for students to gain valuable work experience, make important career contacts, and learn about the Cotality culture. Graduate internships at Cotality are more than just a learning experience; they are the launchpad. This is a 10-week immersive summer program where you won't just observe; you will participate in the day-to-day work environment and tackle real-world technology projects and address property business challenges. Our Goal for You: This program is designed as a standalone, high-impact professional development experience, serving as a vital bridge between academia and the professional world. While we are committed to providing you with industry-leading skills, elite mentorship and valuable networking, please be aware that this is a fixed-term program that may or may not lead to a permanent role. Location: We are focused on providing a hybrid experience, working a few days a week in one of our office locations and the remainder being remote, throughout the 10 weeks. Our two largest employee centers are in Irvine, CA and Dallas, TX, with additional locations in San Diego, CA. Candidates should live within a commutable distance to these sites.
