QA Automation Engineer Lead

A company is looking for a QA Automation Software Engineer Lead (Remote, Greece or Cyprus). Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the QA Automation team while expanding test coverage across various testing types Evolve and maintain the Playwright + TypeScript test automation framework, ensuring best practices are applied Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and track test results effectively Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Software Testing, with 1+ years in a leadership role Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with Playwright test automation framework Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Proven ability to manage and mentor QA engineers Experience in multiple types of testing, including API and performance testing
