Job Summary Responsible for full cycle of Accounts Payable from processing vendor invoices through an ERP system; audit employee's expense reports to ensure they comply to the corporate travel policy, communicating with departments to resolve invoice and expense report discrepancies, and assisting with vendor payments and month end closing procedures. Essential Functions Vouch vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies in matching invoice to purchase order and receipts Vouch employee expense reports and enforcement of travel policy Assist with weekly check runs for vendor and employee expense payments Provide support in the absence of the manager Organize and file documents, assist with inquiries from vendors and employees Special projects as assigned Required/Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred.
