Key Responsibilities Facilitate office hours to enhance learners' understanding of course content Moderate weekly discussion boards and support learner queries through various mediums Collaborate with the Academic Delivery Manager to improve learner engagement and monitor progress Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or related fields An engineering degree plus an MBA/Master's from a top university Proven experience leading construction projects and managing budgets Knowledge of regulations, risk mitigation, and project management methodology Experience supporting executive or mid-career professionals in continuing education is preferred
