Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a global supplier performance governance model and KPI architecture Establish multi-tier supplier visibility and develop risk monitoring frameworks Launch supplier innovation programs and support the implementation of digital supply management tools Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier performance leadership with a Bachelor's degree; 5+ years with a Master's degree Experience managing global supply bases across multiple regions Experience implementing supplier governance and performance frameworks Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at scale US Citizenship is required to apply
