Job Description

Customer Operations Lead We're building the AI infrastructure layer for enterprise retail. Fortune 500 retailers and distributors need clean, enriched product data to launch faster and unlock next-generation commerce - we're the enrichment engine making it possible. YC-backed, profitable, and one of the fastest-growing startups in this space. We're looking for an experienced Customer Operations Lead to own the onboarding and success of several upcoming enterprise client engagements. You'll work closely with Anglera's founders, engineering, and client teams to ensure smooth data ingestion, enrichment, and delivery across major B2B and B2C retailers. This role combines hands-on system work (using tools like Stibo, Salsify, Shopify, Akeneo, and internal platforms) with client-facing project management. Key responsibilities include: Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients during implementation and onboarding phases. Become an expert in Anglera's enrichment platform - setting up attributes, reviewing outputs, and ensuring quality before delivery. Interface directly with customer PIM/MDM systems (e.g., Stibo, Salsify, Syndigo, inRiver) to move product data between platforms. Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for pilots and production rollouts. Collaborate with Anglera's engineering and product teams to flag issues, define improvements, and shape future client workflows. Assist with taxonomy setup, attribute mapping, and category definition across complex B2B and B2C catalogs. Ideal background includes: 2+ years in customer-facing operations, implementation, or technical account management Familiarity with data management tools and data models Strong project management and communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments. Nice to have: experience in e-commerce operations, product information management (PIM/MDM), or catalog data integration. Based in North America Why join us: Work directly with the founding team at a profitable, high-growth YC startup. Shape the foundations of Anglera's customer operations function. Get exposure to leading-edge work in product enrichment and agentic commerce. Flexible structure: potential to start part-time (1020 hrs/week contract) with a path to full-time if mutual fit.
