Talent Acquisition Specialist LHH is partnering with an established client in the Phoenix metro area to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a mid- to senior-level TA professional who brings strong recruiting fundamentals and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Proactively source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies, niche job boards, social platforms, and industry networks. Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines to support current and anticipated hiring needs. Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, refine selection criteria, and create strong, accurate job descriptions. Manage full-cycle recruitment including resume review, initial interviews, candidate qualification, and presenting vetted candidates to hiring leaders. Develop structured interview guides and support hiring teams in conducting consistent, unbiased evaluations. Represent the organization at hiring events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen employer brand visibility. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and inclusive engagement practices. Leverage ATS tools and recruitment analytics to track KPIs and continuously improve processes and sourcing strategies. Apply inclusive recruiting methods to support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Lead offer discussions, coordinate negotiations, prepare offer documentation, and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth new-hire transition. Qualifications 46+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency, corporate, or RPO). Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates across various role types and levels. Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder partnership skills. Comfort advising hiring leaders on candidate profiles, market trends, and hiring best practices. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and modern recruiting tools. Ability to manage multiple searches concurrently while maintaining structured workflows and strong follow-through. Experience supporting fair, consistent, and inclusive hiring practices.
