A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Representative (Vet).
Key Responsibilities Provide customer service via phone, chat, and email, addressing troubleshooting and general use questions Train customers on software features and additional services Participate in departmental meetings and communicate customer issues to senior teammates and management Required Qualifications Prior experience in a veterinary setting Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite Prior customer service experience Ability to work until 6 pm CST and be on call on weekends and holidays Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
