New York Licensed Quality Nurse

A company is looking for a Quality Nurse to oversee quality activities within their PACE Program. Key Responsibilities Develops and implements the annual Quality Improvement Program in collaboration with the Medical Director and PACE Program Director Coordinates quality committee meetings, prepares agendas, records minutes, and updates initiative work plans Monitors compliance with regulatory requirements and oversees the PACE program's infection control program Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred RN Licensed in New York State Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with older adults Experience with regulatory readiness or quality improvement preferred Competence in medical record review and data extraction
