Regulatory Affairs Coordinator | Global Logistics & Compliance Location: Lakewood | Pay: $25.00 $35.00/hr (DOE) Type: Full-Time Contract (3+ Months with potential for extension) For someone with more experience, this role could be remote or hybrid. Full-time onsite for someone with less experience. The Opportunity Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for environmental standards and international trade? Join our Lakewood-based distribution team as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator. This is a pivotal role where you will serve as the bridge between global legislation and our daily operations, ensuring our supply chain remains seamless, compliant, and sustainable. Your Key Responsibilities Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring new legislation across NSW and New Zealand regarding chemical storage, transport, and manufacturing. Act as the primary point of contact for government authorities, industry bodies, and contractors to maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Manage critical inward/outward shipment documentation, ensuring every product moves on time and in full compliance. Audit and refine internal procedures to ensure they reflect current "best-in-class" compliant work practices. Manage Environmental Protection Licences (EPL) and lead the completion of annual compliance returns across multiple states. What You Bring to the Team A degree in Science, Law, or a related discipline. You understand that behind every document is a standard of quality and safety that cannot be compromised. You spot the errors others miss, particularly in complex technical or legal text. We welcome candidates from scientific backgrounds OR Paralegals looking to transition into the corporate regulatory space. Bonus Points (Preferred Skills) Experience with fertilizer or feed registration and reporting. Familiarity with the PACIA Responsible Care program.
