Key Responsibilities Takes initial patient histories and performs physical examinations Initiates, documents, and communicates the plan of care while performing daily patient rounds Interprets laboratory and test results, confers with care providers, and prepares discharge summaries Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, required Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program, required Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York, required Current NCCPA Certification, required Current BLS certification, required
