Lab Project Services Manager We are seeking a Lab Project Services Manager to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA's laboratory business at Marietta, GA. Lead laboratory oversight for clinical trials and serve as the primary liaison to customers throughout the study lifecyclefrom setup through closeoutensuring high-quality project execution and customer satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing: Manage end-to-end lab activities for assigned clinical trials, acting as main customer contact post-award Lead protocol and budget review, project planning, and study documentation preparation Oversee study monitoring and coordinate communication across cross-functional teams Track project milestones, manage risks/issues, and document lessons learned Ensure quality database setup and study delivery in compliance with SOPs and regulations Participate in investigator meetings, audits, and training sessions Serve as an escalation point for issue resolution and customer feedback Support continuous improvement and onboarding of new staff What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience) Minimum 2 years in clinical or research industry roles; 1 year of project management or study startup experience preferred Familiarity with clinical trial phases and terminology Knowledge of central laboratory operations and project management tools Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role: Strong interpersonal, customer service, and leadership skills Understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements, and lab processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant clinical systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Offer You: We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
