EPMO Program Manager

A company is looking for an EPMO Program Manager to drive enterprise-level initiatives supporting business, technology, and operational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead 5-8 enterprise programs, collaborating with business and IT partners Develop program roadmaps, plans, and resource strategies while tracking progress against scope, schedule, budget, and KPIs Identify and mitigate risks and support change management and continuous improvement of EPMO practices Required Qualifications Strong program and project management experience, preferably in P&C insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously Comfort with data, reporting, and project-tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel, Power BI) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus
