Talent Specialist The Talent Specialist role will be responsible for screening and identifying talent for various operating entities and functional disciplines. Duties and responsibilities include: Reviewing resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates. Screening viable candidates to validate skills, experience, compensation, and other relevant job-related attributes. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Extending offers, as assigned. Providing best in class experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Ensuring consistency with recruiting screening and interviewing processes. Providing regular feedback and updates to supervisors. Being responsible for days to fill, vacancy rates, turnover, candidate quality, and diversity objectives. Administering all employment practices and policies in strict compliance with Federal, State, and Local Law including but not limited to: record keeping, background checks, E-Verify, immigration, EEOC, Confidentiality, and OSHA reporting. Maintaining all aspects of the HRIS system including compliance with all necessary documentation pertaining to their application, virtual interview, offer letter, and initiating the background checks. Handling special projects and assignments as business dictates. Responsible for the maintenance, creation, and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA. Supervisory responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Skills and qualifications: 0-2 years of experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and detail oriented. Prior sales or recruiting experience preferred. Ability to operate in a confidential work environment. Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office, Power Point. Knowledge of State/Federal laws and regulations pertaining to labor, benefits, and compensation preferred. Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently. Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow. Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and responsiveness.
