Kentro is hiring a Zero Trust Program Manager (Zta Lead) who coordinates, plans, and executes SSA's Zero Trust Architecture (Zta) initiative. This role bridges technical architecture, business process design, and interagency coordination to ensure SSA progresses toward a measurable, interoperable Zero Trust end state aligned with ISCM and federal Zero Trust guidance. This position is accountable for translating Zero Trust strategy into executable work, governing scope and priorities, and ensuring accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Program Integration & Execution Lead and coordinate Zero Trust program activities approved for inclusion by SSA. Develop and maintain program artifacts, including: Implementation roadmaps Work plans and schedules Scope definitions and phased strategies Ensure Zero Trust efforts align with SSA's ISCM program and enterprise cybersecurity priorities. Business Process Design Oversee development of business processes that integrate with SSA's security infrastructure and Zero Trust tooling. Ensure processes are implementable, repeatable, and aligned with operational realities. Metrics & Reporting Lead Zero Trust reporting activities by: Ingesting reporting requirements from external entities Validating data accuracy and consistency Ensuring metrics reflect actual Zero Trust progress and capability maturity Gap Closure Strategy Coordinate efforts to translate Zta gap analysis findings into actionable implementation strategies. Support prioritization and sequencing of gap closure activities. Interagency & Stakeholder Coordination Represent SSA interests in coordination with DHS/CISA and DHS-provided integrators. Facilitate cross-organizational meetings between SSA workgroups and external partners. Review and enhance existing collaboration models to improve effectiveness and information flow. Location: Hybrid in Woodlawn, MD Salary Range: $155,000-165,000/annually. Factors influencing pay within this range include geography, market demand, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
