Human Resources Generalist

This role is ideal for an HR professional with a strong foundation in onboarding, orientation, employee relations, and payroll who is looking to continue growing their career in a collaborative, professional environment. The ideal candidate is well spoken, professional in appearance and demeanor, detail-oriented, and comfortable serving as a point of contact for employees and leaders alike. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the full onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience Assist in coordinating firmwide training initiatives by identifying relevant programs and supporting logistical and administrative tasks to ensure successful delivery of employee development opportunities. Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters Support day-to-day employee relations, including addressing questions, concerns, and issues with discretion and professionalism Assist with payroll processing, audits, and related administrative tasks Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation Support HR initiatives related to engagement, retention, and compliance Partner with HR leadership and other departments on various HR projects and process improvements Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Qualifications & Experience 35 years of HR Generalist experience required Hands-on experience with onboarding, orientation, employee relations, and payroll Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platforms is a plus Strong communication skills; well spoken, polished, and professional High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment What We're Looking For A professional who is eager to grow and develop within the HR function Someone who takes pride in being a reliable, approachable, and professional HR presence A team player who is adaptable and open to learning Work Environment Hybrid role based out of the Fort Lauderdale office Initial period of 5 days/week in-office to become fully integrated with the team and processes Transition to a hybrid schedule (preferred 3 days/week in-office) after onboarding period This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to take the next step in their career while gaining exposure to a broad range of HR responsibilities in a supportive and professional environment.
