A company is looking for a Rental Reservations Agent to handle inbound calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities Handle 40-50 inbound calls per day regarding reservations, payments, and general inquiries Provide accurate information on availability, policies, and promotions related to reservations Navigate multiple systems to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 4-6 months of sales, customer service, call center, or related hospitality experience preferred Bilingual Spanish is a major plus Ability to commit to no time off during the first 90 days Previous work-from-home experience preferred
