Impact Healthcare currently provides Home Healthcare and end-of-life Hospice Care to 1,500 patients throughout CA, UT, AZ, and OR. With 11 Medicare Certified agencies, 12 locations, and a great support team, Impact Healthcare is positioned with the strength of a large organization, but the heart of a small one. Our hospice program is seeking a dedicated and compassionate volunteer to provide administrative support. This role is essential in helping our care team focus on what matters mostsupporting team members, patients, and their families with the dignity, comfort, and respect they deserve during end of life. Responsibilities: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing records Answer phones and route calls appropriately Help prepare packets, mailings, and informational materials Support staff with scheduling, copying, and other office needs Maintain confidentiality in accordance with hospice policies and HIPAA regulations Qualifications: Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with basic office tasks and computer use Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Prior administrative or office experience is helpful but not required Training & Support: All volunteers receive orientation and hospice-specific training prior to starting.
