Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

We are actively hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a fast-paced Urgent Care organization with multiple locations across Los Angeles, Ventura County, South Bay, Westlake, Inland Empire, and surrounding areas. We are seeking experienced clinicians who are confident practicing autonomously while collaborating with an ED MD. Position Highlights: 12-hour shifts (9a 9p) Full-time (3 shifts/week) or Part-time (1 2 shifts/week) Weekend availability required (FT: 1 weekend day/week; PT: Fri/Sat/Sun) Minimum 4 shifts/month Flexibility to float up to 20 miles depending on clinic needs Pay: 95/hour Experity EMR High-acuity urgent care environment Role Responsibilities Include: Independent patient assessment, triage, diagnosis, and treatment for all ages Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests Prescribing medications and therapeutic treatments Running codes and responding to life-saving situations (BLS, ACLS, PALS required) Managing patient flow and throughput Patient education, follow-up care, and quality improvement participation Strong focus on patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical excellence Requirements: Minimum 1 year of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience At least 1 year of SOLO provider experience (working without supervisory) Active California license and board certification Current DEA (CA address) BLS, ACLS, and PALS (must be comfortable running codes) Bilingual English/Spanish preferred We are hiring for multiple openings and can consider candidates for any or multiple locations, with priority in Ventura County, Westlake Village, South Bay, West Hollywood/Santa Monica, Downtown LA, and Inland Empire.
