Applied Materials' Semiconductor Product Group Department is searching for an intern to join our team in summer 2022! The position is inside SPG strategy group with focus on business analytics. The opening is to address the need in developing SPG market sizing data and dashboard infrastructure. The position will entail the following: Analyze revenue, market and share data Support market share and market sizing data and dashboard infrastructure creation Data automation with latest IT system and tools Requirements: Student must be pursuing a Master's degree program in Business Analytics, or a related field Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale Strong analytical skills Ability to handle large amount of data and combine information from different sources Data management, data analytics experience preferred Strong mathematical and excel modelling skills, Excel VBA is a must Must be detail oriented Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Quick learner Team player Proactive, passionate, curious individual with strong desire to learn and grow Tableau knowledge and data automation is a plus Semiconductor knowledge is a plus Applied Materials is committed to diversity in its workforce including Equal Employment Opportunity for Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.
