Customer Success Specialist Join the ScrubaDub Team! ScrubaDub Auto Wash Centers, New England's premier car wash, is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Natick, MA. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the friendly face of ScrubaDub, interacting with customers in-person and over the phone. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: Provide top-notch customer service, both in-person and over the phone Educate customers about our products and services Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns Maintain accurate customer records in our database Stay up-to-date on our evolving products and services Assist with our unlimited membership program Data entry from different reporting systems Small incident report triaging Maintain clean and organized office and lounge area What You'll Need: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field A knack for building strong relationships with customers The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively A positive and professional attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Gmail, Word, and Excel Why Join ScrubaDub?
