The OTG Summer IAH Talent Acquisition Intern will have an immersive, hands-on learning experience within OTG Management at the airport. The Intern will be assigned to Talent Acquisition. The Intern will assist the department by working on (but not limited to) special projects and initiatives. The position is on-site, based at IAH Airport. Who You Are Learn and uphold the organization's values, philosophy, ethics, integrity, and code of conduct Assist with various projects and research, as requested by the department Learn the ROB (rhythm of business) Special Projects might include: Skills assessment and Career Matrix support Recruiting support, AI implementation, Skill based role setup in Dayforce Instructional design support, draft documentation, and communication, course reporting and analysis, intranet updates/enhancements, webinar production support Interview/hiring event support Learn key functions and update/provide input based on Ceridian Dayforce, our HR (Human Resources) system Provide administrative support to the assigned department, as needed 0-3 years of relevant work experience Enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor's Program in an accredited College or University, perusing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communication Knowledge of HRIS (HR Information System) or HCM systems is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task High levels of initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to take constructive feedback Successful in both an independent and team-oriented work environment Strong work ethic, integrity, positive attitude Some local travel may be requested, such as hiring events in the tri-state area.
