A company is looking for a Director of the Center for the Advancement of Art Education. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Center's multi-year strategic plan Design, oversee, and evaluate arts education research initiatives Build alliances and collaborations with academic units and arts organizations Required Qualifications Advanced degree (Master's required; PhD preferred) Minimum of three years of leadership experience in higher education or research centers Demonstrated record of academic research and securing grants Experience launching or scaling programs or initiatives Familiarity with digital learning environments and translating research into practice
