A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing Category Partner. Key Responsibilities Drive procurement initiatives and develop multi-year category strategies for various spend categories Manage full-cycle sourcing processes and lead commercial negotiations with suppliers Oversee supplier partnerships and ensure compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field required, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management, preferably in a healthcare environment Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and managing vendor performance Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Proven leadership and team management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams
