Compensation/Benefits: $15-17/hr + cash tips 401(k) 4% match - available after 3 months of employment Health/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance - available after working 1 year of FT hours PTO accrual plan at hire Earned Wage Access available Holiday pay (time and a half for select holidays) Weekly pay Employee discounts through ADP Shifts Available: 5 am - 1:30 pm 7:30 am - 4 pm 8:30 am - 5 pm 10:30 am - 7 pm 12 pm - 6 pm 4pm - 12 am Locations: St. Louis, MO Primary Job Responsibilities: Effectively and efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles without incident Assist customers with any personal belongings, if requested Promote good customer relations by providing service with a friendly demeanor, willingness to help, and a smile Use and maintain valet equipment properly, including keeping the gear and work area clean and organized Remain prompt by standing during a full shift, excluding scheduled breaks Open doors for all guests Observe and practice safety precautions at all times Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check - no felonies Must have a clean driving record within the last 3 years Must pass a driving and parking test Consistently display safe driving practices and a complete understanding of vehicle basics Must be available for All Hands on Deck (AHOD) events Practice safe cash handling and make correct change, if necessary Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills Must be proficient in English, both verbally and in writing Abide by HIPAA regulations at all times High school diploma or GED Always maintain a clean and professional appearance Able to perform physical activities such as running, bending, and lifting up to 30lbs Ability to work in all elements (i.e., rain, snow, sunshine) Reliable transportation or understanding of MetroBus/MetroLink schedule Tattoos must be concealable
