Physical Therapist Therapy Services/Sports Medicine Community Hospital Physical Therapy FPMunster IN Full-time Days/Evenings Monday-Thursday 11:30am-8:00pm or 10:00am -6:30pm / Friday 8:30am-5pm Hours/Pay Period: 80 FTE: 1 Outpatient Physical Therapist Full-time / Benefit Eligible / Sign-on Bonus The Physical Therapist is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician and under the supervision of the Regional Director of Therapy Services. Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy with a minimum of a Masters degree in PT. State of Indiana Physical Therapy License required or eligible for state licensure within 180 days.
