A company is looking for an Assistant Sourcing Specialist to support Project Delivery Services clients and optimize sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities Execute strategic sourcing to drive total cost of ownership across client projects Manage RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes for subcontracted goods and services Enhance supplier relationships and ensure compliance with sourcing policies and risk management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience Experience in the construction management industry is preferred Knowledge of supply base and sourcing practices in the Construction and Real Estate industry is a plus Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
