Job Description Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities and teams; managing 3-4 project teams concurrently. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Provide leadership and direction to site personnel and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively. Prepare and submit regular reports on project status. Ensure effective communication between all project participants. The Successful Applicant A successful General Superintendent should have: 10-15 years experience in prior Superintendent role(s) Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Internal/external management and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Experience working with project management tools and software.
