Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist

Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist To provide administrative and data entry support to the Accounts Payable team. Duties: Assist with general Accounts Payable email, phone, or in-person inquiries. Assist with incoming mail to Accounting. Assist with processing disbursement payments and verifying transaction accuracy. Assist with scanning and linking. This is a fully in-person position at Biola University's La Mirada campus. Remote or hybrid work options are not available for this role. This role requires work on-site during standard business hours but flexible between Mondays-Fridays 8 am to 5 pm. Additional hours beyond the 20 hours per week may be needed during peak seasons. Hours per week: 20 Approximate months: 6 Hiring range: $18.00 - 20.00 per hour
