Key Responsibilities Manage initial contact with insured and claimants to assess coverage and liability exposure Investigate claims to determine injuries and develop exposure for settlement of minor injury claims Maintain proper reserves on claims and adhere to file handling goals and procedures Required Qualifications Minimum one year experience handling auto claims Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred Adjuster's license in relevant state or ability to obtain one quickly Non-standard experience preferred Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
