A company is looking for a Federal Customer Account Representative.
Key Responsibilities Support Federal field sales by driving pipeline and closing revenue across assigned territories Engage with customers for onboarding, account health checks, and renewal preparations Coordinate meetings and develop sales documentation while maintaining accurate CRM records Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales, account support, or customer success roles Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Must be a US Citizen and reside within the greater DMV area Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills Preferred experience supporting Federal or public sector sales teams
