Senior Project Controls Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Project Controls, Project & Development Services. Key Responsibilities Manage all cost management activities for complex projects, establishing cost management programs and deliverables Lead detailed analysis on cost risks and issues, and drive the accruals and forecast process for projects Support the development of project control plans, review/approve invoices, and assist with contract negotiations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field 8 or more years of related experience in cost management for capital projects Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment Expertise in using Excel Experience within the construction industry; additional life sciences experience preferred
