Senior Project Manager

Job Description: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates from drawings and specifications Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects, from concept to closeout ensuring project is completed on time and within budget Manage document control, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration Manage and estimate multiple projects concurrently Identify and manage risks, including lead time assessments and site assessments Assist in RFP package preparation Develop new clients while supporting and maintaining existing clients Participate in trade shows and industry organizations Desired Skills and Experience: Well versed in all aspects of project management including bidding, estimating, subcontracting, permitting, cost management, project documentation, scheduling, billing and close out Experience working under Plan Spec, MEP Design-Build and Design-Build Experience in Life Science/Biotech projects preferred Strong leadership qualities able to mentor PEs and APMs Ability to manage project team(s) Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Bachelors degree with a preference in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience Minimum of 10 years experience in construction project management Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Project Procore experience desired Good understanding of all trades-including MEP Strong communication skills both verbal and written Client centered approach with a focus on customer development and satisfaction Possess a do whatever it takes attitude Drives team forward by focusing on solutions and execution rather than constraints Creative thinker who is willing to think outside the box to achieve client goals Autonomous individual who enjoys working with a team Excellent time management skills, fully able to set own schedule LEED accreditation is a plus
