Key Responsibilities Create written estimates using carrier-preferred estimating software Communicate with Project Managers and upload necessary inspection documents Negotiate project estimates through to approval and manage the transfer to Project Managers Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred Six months to one year of related industry experience or equivalent education Experience with estimating software like Verisk and CoreLogic Basic math skills equivalent to a GED level Ability to occasionally climb roofs and enter confined spaces
