Assistant Manager

A company is looking for Shift Runners and Assistant Managers. Key Responsibilities Manage designated campaign shifts and supervise calling staff in the absence of the Campaign Manager Prepare and present sales meetings, track attendance, and ensure quality control during shifts Assist in hiring, training, and producing campaign reports, while maintaining compliance with company policies Required Qualifications Must be a current employee with prior calling experience on campaigns Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively Experience with data entry and administrative tasks Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures Availability for part-time, hourly work in a remote setting
