A company is looking for a Manager of Integration. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive cross-functional integration plans for acquired businesses and lead post-deal planning Drive the execution of M&A transactions to full integration, ensuring alignment with operational targets Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of integration activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate M&A, preferably in Healthcare Services Strong analytical acumen with experience in financial and operational analysis Deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators and operational healthcare data sources
