Job Description

HR / Payroll Specialist Our client is seeking an experienced HR / Payroll Specialist to support daily HR operations and bi-weekly payroll processing. This role will serve as the internal Paylocity expert, helping maintain system accuracy, support reporting needs, and assist employees with HR and payroll-related questions. This is a highly visible role that works closely with HR leadership and plays a key part in system optimization and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Paylocity super-user, maintaining data integrity, system updates, and ongoing improvements Process bi-weekly payroll including reviewing timecards, pay calculations, PTO, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits Audit payroll for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Generate reports and analyze system data to support HR initiatives and compliance Assist with onboarding, new hire documentation, and employee record management Administer benefits enrollments, changes, and employee communications Support 401(k) administration and HR compliance efforts Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies Provide general HR administrative support and project assistance Qualifications: 2+ years of HR support experience with strong payroll knowledge Hands-on experience using Paylocity Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Comfortable running reports and exploring system capabilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Bilingual Spanish is a major plus Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
