South Carolina Licensed Patient Services Representative

A company is looking for a Clinical Patient Services Representative who will perform administrative duties to support the clinical needs of patients. Key Responsibilities Provide first call resolution for patient inquiries and requests Notify the care team of urgent patient needs as per established protocols Facilitate telehealth services and assist with patient portal enrollment Required Qualifications Certificate as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required Minimum of two (2) years as a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse required Demonstrated experience with interpersonal communication skills required Competency with Microsoft Office applications required Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records in a physician office environment required
