Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and key metrics. Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve desired outcomes.
