Associate Project Manager

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager for Multiuse Facility Construction. Key Responsibilities Support project management team in managing budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for commercial real estate projects Provide administrative support including data entry, vendor management, and project documentation governance Track project progress against goals and budgets, reporting status and variances, and may lead smaller projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience Previous AEC experience preferred, including construction project management or owner's representative roles Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and knowledge of leases and construction practices Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software and ERP platforms is beneficial Strong interpersonal skills and an inquisitive mentality
