Key ResponsibilitiesSales Execution & Account Growth Own and grow assigned accounts with clear revenue and performance expectations. Develop new business through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, and market research. Follow up on inbound leads with urgency, structure, and defined next steps. Identify and execute on upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Maintain an accurate and actionable sales pipeline to support forecasting and prioritization. Drive opportunities forward through consistent communication and professional sales execution.Client Relationship Management & CRM Discipline Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication. Document all customer interactions, commitments, and outcomes thoroughly in the CRM. Maintain clean, current account records to support reporting, forecasting, and internal visibility. Proactively communicate timelines, expectations, and status updates to customers and internal teams.Technical Sales Support & Product Expertise Maintain strong working knowledge of Feynlab products, applications, and limitations to support credible sales conversations. Provide technically accurate guidance that supports customer confidence and purchasing decisions. Participate in product testing and feedback initiatives with R&D and Operations. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs.Brand Representation & Field Engagement Represent Feynlab professionally at customer locations, trade shows, and industry events. Support brand presence and lead generation through approved industry and community engagement. Uphold Feynlab standards for professionalism, technical credibility, and communication.Travel, Reporting & Accountability Travel to customer sites, events, and trade shows as required. Plan and manage travel in accordance with company guidelines. Track and report on sales activity, account engagement, and opportunity status using CRM data. Take ownership of responsibilities from initiation through resolution or close.Professional Development Participate in ongoing, Feynlab-approved professional development on an annual basis. Apply learnings directly to improve sales effectiveness, customer outcomes, and internal processes.Required Mindset & Working Style Results-oriented, relationship-driven, and comfortable carrying revenue responsibility. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation. Clear, proactive communicator who values accuracy and follow-through. Maintains a professional work environment that supports responsiveness, focus, and accountability.Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, customer success, or another revenue-driving client-facing role. Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and develop new business. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a CRM-driven sales environment. Comfort working with metrics, reporting, and performance tracking. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or equivalent platforms.
