What You'll Do: Collaborate with the global experiential events team to plan, implement and lead trade shows and events in support of business goals and objectives. Maintain oversight of execution and event budget. Work in partnership with event leads and appropriate partners to ensure content deliverables are incorporated in the overall event presence. Develop and handle project timelines in collaboration with cross-functional departments to meet event deadlines and objectives. Source venues, vendors for catering, dcor, audio-visual elements, transportation and entertainment in support of meetings and activations. Own event communications and updates to executive collaborators. What We're Looking For: Strong practical and technical knowledge of medium-scale, multidimensional event management. An ability to articulate project requirements and engage with internal and external executive partners. Experience leading vendor relationships and negotiations. A successful track record of delivering medium and large-scale events, tradeshows and external engagements in support of global business priorities and messaging. Proven success in dynamic project management, including project planning and execution. Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. A desire to be part of a small, high-performing global team. Experienced in and understands the complexities of engaging with colleagues in a global, matrixed organization. A resilient self-starter who thrives in an environment of ambiguity and flexibility. Develop and maintain knowledge of technology and/or software solutions. This role is on a 1-year contract and does not offer benefits. Location: United States The US national base salary range for this position is from $88,200.00 - $163,800.00. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
