Location: Central Coast, CA (Pismo Beach area) Rate: $220 $235/hr Schedule: M F, 6 8 hr shifts No call required Duration: Temp or Perm options available What You ll Do: Join a highly efficient outpatient surgery center performing GI cases with optional surgical specialties. Enjoy full autonomy you ll do your own cases independently, no supervision required. Daily Volume: GI cases per day 4 8 surgical cases (optional): Ortho, ENT, GYN, Urology, Podiatry Required: Conscious sedation for GI Optional: General Anesthesia, Regional Blocks ️ Practice Model: 100% Independent CRNA EMR: Digital charts (cloud-accessible, no formal EMR system) Shift Breakdown: Monday Friday Start time between 8a 5p Shifts 6 8 hours No call required, but optional shifts at nearby affiliate if interested Travel & Lodging Included: Flights, rental car, hotel fully covered Preferred hotel partnerships in place Local CRNAs preferred, but travel providers welcome Include city of departure in submission Dietary/lodging needs must be included at submission for consideration ️ What's Covered: $220 $235/hr all-inclusive ️ Travel & lodging covered ️ Malpractice insurance provided Orientation included (paid) You Must Have: NBCRNA Certification ️ Active California License BLS (prior to credentialing) Independent CRNA experience must be comfortable working solo If you want schedule flexibility, autonomy, and ocean air in your off-hours this role is for you!
