Aya Locums is seeking a skilled CRNA to provide locum services in Angola, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for flexible scheduling and a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed June 24, July , and December , 2026, and ongoing for weeks in 2027. Job Details: Case Types: General, Ortho, OB ( 275 deliveries/year), GYN, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry. Must be proficient in Epidurals, Spinals, and Regional blocks.Setting: Critical Access Hospital (25 beds).Schedule: Standard 8-hour day shifts (07 00 or 07 00). Weeknight call (15 00) and 24-hour weekend call (07 00) required; 30-minute response time.Support: Independent practice. CRNAs and MDs have the same autonomy with little to no supervision.EMR System: Epic. Requirements: Active CRNA Certification: NBCRNA Required (Board Eligible not accepted).State License in Indiana: Active CSR/License required to start credentialing.Certifications: AHA-issued ACLS, BLS, and PALS.Experience: Must have performed at least 250 cases in the past year (facility-reported logs required).
