Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Functional Medicine to join our Phoenix-based team. This role focuses on holistic, patient-centered care emphasizing prevention, lifestyle interventions, and individualized treatment plans.
