Job Title: Turnaround Administrative Support – Plant Site (TWIC Required) Location: Plaquemine, LA 70764 (onsite) Duration: Project / Turnaround Assignment Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights) – 24/7 Operations Pay Rate - $26/hour on W2 - $30/hour on W2 About the Role We are seeking high-energy Administrative Support professionals to work directly within turnaround execution teams at an industrial plant site. This is a fast-paced, high-intensity environment supporting 24/7 operations. This is NOT a traditional office admin role – candidates must be comfortable working in a plant / trailer office environment during turnaround schedules. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site administrative and office support Manage high-volume email communications Assist with spreadsheet updates and reporting Print, organize, and distribute field documentation Support workforce tracking and documentation Maintain office supplies and administrative materials Assist operations team during intense turnaround schedules Requirements Prior experience in refinery, chemical plant, construction, or industrial site environment Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts (days & nights) Strong initiative and ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced settings Basic proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and document management Active TWIC card required Preferred Experience Previous turnaround / shutdown support experience Experience working in plant trailer offices Industrial project administrative support Key Words - Turnaround, Shutdown, Refinery, Plant site, Industrial, TWIC, Construction admin, Field office, Project admin, Chemical plant, 12-hour shifts, 24/7 operations
