A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 14 physicians and 12 APPs at UF St. Johns Flagler Hospital. Join us in providing exceptional care while making a meaningful impact on the St. Augustine and North Florida communities. Work alongside a diverse team with varied geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who learn from and support each other. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: Nights with 7-days-on, 7-days-off. Collaborative scheduling ensures coverage for time off. Key Responsibilities: Admissions and cross-coverage call with help from a nocturnist APP Closed ICU without code or rapid responsibility Living and Working in St. Augustine Augustine is known for its unique scenery and history, and this is evident when you stroll down the brick-lined streets and delight in the city's European flavor, with centuries-old buildings, horse-drawn carriages, and hidden courtyards.
