What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our members receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support. You will:Customer Support & Billing ExcellenceDeliver superior customer service while independently handling premium billing functions. Receive inbound calls from members and provide accurate answers about billing, payments, and account status. Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible-or ensure timely follow-up when additional research is needed. Educate members about billing options and help them enroll in online payment tools.Administrative & Front Office SupportGreet occasional visitors at the front desk and assist with office needs such as ordering supplies. Navigate multiple complex computer systems with confidence. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive member information.A Day in the LifeMost days, you'll be on the phone supporting members with payment questions and billing needs. You'll sit at the front desk-not a high-traffic area-and occasionally welcome guests or help coordinate light office tasks. If you enjoy variety and being the go-to problem solver, you'll fit right in.What You BringHigh School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare not required-tellers and baristas do great here!)
